This is a good weekend to work through some stuff, a LOT of crazy stuff seemed to all start happening at once over the past couple of weeks, most of it out of my control, leaving me mostly* unable to help. God, what is going ON?... Wanting something to change, wanting to help, and being unable to do anything is a very frustrating thing.
I'm currently dancing to a track by Nick Jonas and by Arctic Monkeys. It's making me very happy, I love both tracks. My go-to warm up jam by Banks has been (once again) hijacked by the ad industry, and it actually bugs me to suddenly hear it coming from a tv (playing in some movie trailer), so completely out of my context. When you spend so much time with a piece of music, making it yours, and never hearing that piece anywhere else, it's so weird to hear it elsewhere. Feels like they stole it!
BTW, I've never paid much attention to the Jonas Brothers, but Nick Jonas' track is HOT. Don't know what else any of them have done, and this is the only bit I've heard of Nick's, but I love it.
* Mostly. I've got some magic up my sleeve....
